Clinical Smart Scribe
Audio in, structured note out, with a deliberate wall in the middle. Facts are extracted first under strict instructions never to infer. Only then does anything get drafted, and only from those facts. Whatever wasn't said is marked "Not stated".
Each draft ends with the questions the clinician should still go back and ask. That list is the point. A scribe that hides its gaps is more dangerous than one that has them. The clinician reviews and finalises every note.

An evidence-tiered assistant for peptide prescribing decisions. It ingests peer-reviewed literature, clinical documents and practitioner sources, then serves them back through a retrieval API with a safety rules engine attached.
Every answer arrives carrying its sources and its confidence. A tier-5 anecdote is allowed in the corpus, and it is never allowed to look like a tier-1 trial.

A voice-driven OSCE simulator for cardiology residents. The AI plays a standardised patient, never the doctor: it answers naturally, stays consistent with the case, and if the trainee says something unsafe it responds the way a real patient would, with worry and questions, rather than correcting them.
Cases are organised by level and module, and every session closes with a debrief scored against green, orange and red flags. Built in partnership with AL-I in California.

A commercial partnership with Tecmaze Pty Ltd, an Australian company, in which Assiz provides the AI engineering behind their platform. Tecmaze sells a productised website and chatbot receptionist service to local businesses across four verticals: GP clinics, dental practices, trades and restaurants. Sites go live in 48 hours on dedicated Sydney infrastructure, with an admin panel built so practice managers can update their own content.
The part that matters most is the part nobody sees. Every health site follows AHPRA advertising rules from the first line. No testimonials that reference clinical outcomes. No "specialist in" without confirmed registration. No guaranteed-outcome language anywhere. The chatbot answers on hours, bulk billing, services and booking links, and refuses clinical advice outright. Getting this wrong carries a ten thousand dollar exposure per offence, which concentrates the mind.
