We work in five areas and turn down most of the rest.
Every one of these came out of a client problem rather than a capability list. If yours doesn't fit any of them, tell us anyway. We'd rather send you elsewhere than take work we'd be mediocre at.
Clinical Documentation
Clinical Smart Scribe transcribes the encounter, separates speakers if you want it to, and drafts a structured SOAP, narrative or ED note. The pipeline runs in two stages on purpose: facts get extracted first, under instructions never to infer, and the note is written from those facts alone.
So the gaps stay gaps. Anything the clinician didn't say comes back as a question at the end of the draft rather than a plausible sentence in the middle of it. The clinician reviews and finalises every note.
The speech and language engines underneath handle a wide range of languages, so a deployment can be tuned to what a clinic actually works in instead of assuming English.
Facts-first pipeline · Speaker diarisation · Three note formats · Language-configurable · Authenticated access

Plenty of organisations sit on a large evidence base of wildly uneven quality. A retrieval system that treats a randomised trial and a forum post as equally citable is worse than no system, because it launders the forum post.
REGENOVA-Intel ranks every source across five tiers, from peer-reviewed literature down to anecdotal report, and carries that ranking through to the answer. Built for a Canadian client, currently in testing.
Five-tier evidence weighting · Safety rules engine · Citation integrity · Clinician review required

Hop is a live sponsor portal built by co-founder Zoha Fatema for Haven of Peace in Tanzania. It keeps sponsors abroad connected to the children they fund, and it keeps the staff who care for those children out of a spreadsheet.
Authenticated portals · Scheduled updates · Built for patchy connectivity · No vendor lock on the AI

Cardiology Companion is a voice-driven OSCE simulator. Residents interview an AI standardised patient out loud, in real time, and finish with a debrief flagged green, orange or red. Specialist faculty time is scarce and expensive; this stretches it. The same engine adapts to other specialties. Built with AL-I in California.
Real-time voice · Level and module progression · Structured debrief · In development

Students design, build and pitch a working chatbot in one in-person session. Three hours, teams of their own choosing, a faculty panel at the end. Currently in pilot with a partner school in Hyderabad.
Zero data collection · Secure proxied API access · Faculty-supervised throughout

Assiz holds an ongoing commercial partnership with Tecmaze Pty Ltd, supplying the AI engineering behind their websites and chatbot receptionists for GP clinics, dental practices, trades and restaurants. Every health site is written to AHPRA advertising rules as standard, which is less a feature than a condition of the sector existing. Assiz holds a second commercial partnership with Fincly, an Australian marketplace that connects customers to verified tradespeople.
Most problems don't sit neatly in one of these boxes.
Ours didn't either, at first. Describe what you're dealing with and we'll tell you what's realistic.
